Work Environment\n

This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still being a pivotal part of our outpatient office team. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasionally, evening shifts may be required to accommodate patient needs and ensure access to mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, identifying their needs and developing appropriate treatment strategies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience delivering therapy to young individuals and their families.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on compassionate, child-centered approaches.

• Strong ability to establish rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for new hires.
