Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building therapeutic rapport with clients of all backgrounds.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity, effectively working with individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic groups.

• Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar role, preferably within a community mental health setting.
