About the Role: As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans for our patients, with a focus on promoting independence, mobility, and overall well-being. Our patients are diverse and dynamic, and we need a Physical Therapist (PT) who is just as adaptable and creative in their approach. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
