Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver individualized therapy sessions, whether in-person or via teletherapy, ensuring accessibility for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Health Bridge, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients. Our patient population includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and life transitions. Your role will require a person-centered approach to therapy, prioritizing the unique experiences and needs of each client and empowering them towards personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Bridge Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 based on your experience and caseload. We also provide a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our dedicated team.
