Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively establish individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that best align with each client’s unique goals and needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring that they receive the necessary guidance and care.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to all ethical and legal standards to ensure privacy and security.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists—to facilitate holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
