Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans integrating evidence-based interventions tailored to individual circumstances.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), aiming to help clients develop coping mechanisms and resilience.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold ethical standards expected in the mental health field.

• Work collaboratively within a talented multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to ensure cohesive and holistic care delivery.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing actively to improving the quality of care practices in our center.

• Provide education and supportive resources to clients and their families, equipping them with information and tools about mental health challenges and community services.

• Stay informed about the latest mental health research to ensure that you are implementing the most current best practices in your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. You will collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic relationships that foster trust and facilitate change, ultimately guiding them towards improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, validating your solid educational foundation in social work principles.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Pennsylvania, showcasing your qualifications to practice independently.

• Proficient in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, allowing for the development of effective, individualized care plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have previous experience working in a rehabilitation or clinical setting, where they have gained hands-on expertise in various therapeutic modalities. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation standards is also preferable.
