Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. As part of a supportive Community Health Clinic, you will collaborate with colleagues across the country using advanced video conferencing tools and collaborative platforms. We prioritize work-life balance by offering flexible scheduling options, allowing you to design your work hours between Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapeutic care through live video sessions, focusing on individual adult clients.

• Coordinate and collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow counselors to ensure holistic and comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor patient progress, tailoring treatment approaches as necessary.

• Engage in team support and consultation, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and continuous learning.

• Effectively document clinical interactions and treatment interventions using our secure digital health records system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be prepared to work with a diverse client base, addressing a wide range of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding that each client has unique experiences and backgrounds, you will approach your practice with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity, ensuring that each individual feels valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• State licensure for independent practice as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist, with at least one year of experience.
