Executive Assistant – Full Time Hybrid (In-office: Monday–Wednesday, Remote: Thursday–Friday) Location: SF Overview A growing investment team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their EA career—particularly with exposure to venture capital or a similar fast-paced environment—who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within the role. ** ** Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars with full ownership of scheduling and prioritization Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Prepare and process expense reports Support day-to-day administrative needs for senior executives Facilitate communication, including in-person interactions and messaging Take notes and assist with documentation using internal tools and CRM systems Help streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency Qualifications Prior experience supporting executives or working in an administrative capacity (venture capital or related industry exposure is a plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Tech-savvy with adaptability to new tools and systems (experience with calendar/email platforms and note-taking tools preferred) Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the role Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Work Style & Environment Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration early in the week Standard business hours, with some flexibility depending on executive needs #J-18808-Ljbffr HIKINEX
