Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging and supportive group sessions, using innovative techniques to reduce stigma and encourage sharing among clients. You will create an environment where participants can express themselves freely, fostering connection and mutual understanding.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized therapy sessions aimed at helping clients explore their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and set actionable goals. You will utilize evidence-based practices to tailor each session to the client’s unique needs.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, strengths, and preferences. Regularly review and adjust these plans based on progress and feedback.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess client progress through various methodologies, including questionnaires and self-reports, to ensure that therapeutic goals are being met. Your evaluation efforts will guide future sessions and treatment adaptations.

The LPC position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000.
