Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate communication among family members involved in the senior client's care, helping to resolve conflicts and improve care dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
