Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that address individual client issues, which may include anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders.

• Maintain regular sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapies and therapeutic techniques to facilitate progress.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and community resources, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to enhance collaborative approaches to client care.

• Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health therapy to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse client population. Your work will largely focus on individuals navigating various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and adjustment issues. You will play a crucial role in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel free to express their concerns and work collaboratively towards their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting providing therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for the right candidate. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
