Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s individual experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the State of Illinois is mandatory.

• A thorough knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and the significance of cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive and inclusive techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with an ability to maintain poise in high-stress situations.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems as well as other computer applications relevant to therapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
