This position is based within our outpatient office setting, primarily offering remote services. Our facility fosters a collaborative atmosphere where mental health professionals can thrive. With extended hours of operation from 7 am to 10 pm, we ensure accessibility for clients seeking care while supporting our therapists with flexible schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and craft suitable treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and resilience among clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver effective therapeutic solutions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in processing trauma and developing effective coping strategies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate integrated care for clients, ensuring a holistic treatment approach.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development focused on trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance service delivery.

This role primarily serves children and families facing various mental health challenges stemming from trauma. Our patient population includes individuals experiencing behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and emotional distress as a result of traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
