Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional and behavioral problems, utilizing evidence-based frameworks to inform treatment decisions.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring timely and effective support during critical situations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational policies.

• Foster collaborative relationships with physicians, educators, and various stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive care, including participation in multidisciplinary treatment meetings.

• Support families through education and resource connection, addressing their concerns and assisting with discharge planning when applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children and adolescents, addressing psychological challenges that arise from adverse experiences. Many clients may exhibit behavior disturbances, anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues related to their experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience, particularly in an outpatient setting, working with children and adolescents.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a virtual team.
