Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to gather relevant information for patient care.

• Collaborate with patients to co-create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across a variety of settings—individual, couple, family, and group.

• Provide crisis intervention services, collaborating with healthcare providers to create continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with practical tools and knowledge to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate holistic patient care.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and adapting plans as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
