Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide therapeutic services from a home office while still being an integral part of a collaborative team. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders in individual clients.

• Collaborate with clients to co-develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences, ensuring a patient-centered approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, coping strategies, and treatment options.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress throughout the therapeutic process, making necessary adaptations to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Engage in regular communication with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated care plan for each client.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest research, trends, and best practices in the treatment of mood disorders, ensuring an evidence-based approach.

• Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and confidentially, complying with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to share insights, strategies, and foster professional development.

• Advocate for reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues and actively promote clients’ mental health needs within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at L&C Health & Rehabilitation Center, you will primarily support clients suffering from mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, with a focus on mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
