Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs. Based on these evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, to conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Engage in collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, bridging the gap between mental health services and other areas of healthcare.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing your skills and experience to help navigate high-pressure situations.

• Participate in community outreach and educational programs aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing related stigma, further solidifying our organization’s role within the community.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills are essential to establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with and support individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to ensure accurate, timely documentation and adhere to workflow best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
