Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for a variety of therapeutic interventions designed to support couples, families, and individuals. Your day-to-day tasks may include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to identify mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples as well as individual sessions to address specific issues affecting family dynamics.

• Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, adjustment to separation and divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Tracking and documenting patient progress, adapting therapy approaches as necessary.

• Engaging in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
