Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to design your work environment. As part of our outpatient office, you will benefit from a supportive team culture that prioritizes professional collaboration and mutual respect. You can expect to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance without on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video sessions, delivering evidence-based mental health care to individual adult clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, counselors, and mental health professionals to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize advanced digital tools for symptom self-assessments and track client progress through goal-oriented metrics.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and session notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training and team meetings to enhance service quality and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide therapeutic services primarily to adults facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work, with relevant licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• At least one year of independent clinical experience as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

• Strong ability to provide culturally responsive care and a commitment to working with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Proficient in utilizing digital technologies for remote therapy sessions and client assessments, demonstrating adaptability to ongoing advancements in telehealth.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of recent experience in providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients.

• Experience working with higher-risk populations or individuals with complex mental health needs, fostering a safe and understanding therapeutic environment.

• A well-rounded understanding of various mental health disorders and the effective strategies for their treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
