Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, adhering to best practices in clinical records management.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that promote positive outcomes for clients.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
\n
• Serve as a liaison among relevant service systems, navigating partnerships with state agencies and community organizations to enhance client resources.

• Facilitate open and effective communication with team members and community stakeholders to advance our organizational mission.
\n
• Develop and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to advance our programs and seek new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and relevant statewide meetings to continuously sharpen skills and knowledge.

• Embody and promote the mission, values, and core principles of the organization in all professional interactions.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational needs and service delivery excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will serve a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Qualifications\n
