Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments by obtaining detailed medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests as necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with primary care physicians and specialists, ensuring coordinated care across various healthcare domains.
• Provide both primary and specialty healthcare services, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illnesses effectively.
• Deliver ongoing counseling and education to patients and their families, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and strategies for self-care to empower them in managing their health.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex patient cases, refine care plans, and enhance collaborative care efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Nurse Practitioner at Mercy Medical Health Clinic, you will serve a diverse population of patients, ranging from young children to seniors, many of whom require personalized, attentive care. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure/certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to 160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
