Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients, addressing a spectrum of acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, which include detailed history taking and physical examinations, to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Formulate and execute personalized care plans that consider individual patient goals, clinical findings, and best practice guidelines.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within your scope of practice, such as ECG interpretation and management of cardiac medications.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and monitor patient responses to optimize health outcomes, ensuring effective medication management.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with billing protocols and medical record-keeping standards.

This role primarily serves a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients suffering from various cardiac conditions such as heart failure, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease. Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing and be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State.
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in cardiology or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
