Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with cardiology-related issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Cardiology Nurse Practitioner position involves caring for a diverse group of patients, including the elderly, individuals with chronic conditions, and those recently diagnosed with cardiac diseases. You will provide continuity of care to ensure each patient receives personalized attention, fostering an environment of trust and open communication. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with specialization in cardiology or completion of a Family Nurse Practitioner program inclusive of cardiology coursework.
• Certification as a Cardiology Certified Nurse Practitioner (CCNP) by the Cardiology Nursing Certification Board (CNBC) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, particularly in cardiology or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage a high volume of patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a hospital or advanced cardiology clinic setting will be highly valued, particularly familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and cardiology-specific software. Compensation and Benefits
