Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for clients in their homes, assessing their physical capabilities and identifying areas for improvement.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, goals, and abilities.
• Regularly monitor patient progress by reassessing clinical signs and symptoms, making necessary modifications to treatment strategies as required.
• Document all therapy activities, progress, and patient responses through daily SOAP notes and care plans using our electronic health record system, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Educate patients and their families regarding therapeutic techniques, recovery expectations, and potential challenges, fostering a supportive environment for healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Actively promote the clinic's mission and core values, embedding a culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork into daily operations.

Our Physical Therapists work with a wide range of clients, including children with developmental delays, adults recovering from surgery, and seniors managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; an advanced degree (Master's or DPT) is preferred for best practice.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the state of Virginia.
• Experience and willingness to conduct evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth as clinically appropriate.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
