Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement engaging educational and therapeutic group sessions focusing on mental health and coping strategies for students.

• Document each patient’s goals, progress, and responses to therapeutic activities, ensuring that records are accurate, comprehensive, and timely.

• Participate actively in treatment-planning meetings, providing constructive feedback regarding patient progress and discussing challenges or resistance encountered.

• Skillfully manage resistance and conflict by utilizing therapeutic interventions to reduce tension and help clients evaluate non-productive behaviors and coping mechanisms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address individual strengths, deficits, and high-risk psychosocial needs, tailoring interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role predominantly focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, providing essential support to students who may be experiencing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges. You will engage directly with students, their families, and educational staff to create an integrated support network, helping to foster healthier school environments and improved academic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
