The Community Wellness Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our expanding team in Gardnerville, Nevada. In this full-time remote position, you will leverage your expertise in family therapy to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare to individuals, couples, and families. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Community Wellness Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and joint therapy sessions with couples, ensuring each partner feels heard and supported.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to address dynamics that affect relationships, including parenting issues and sibling conflicts.
\n
• Assessing clients’ needs and developing tailored treatment plans that address a variety of challenges, such as grief, job stress, and communication barriers.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to family systems, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
\n
• Documenting client progress in accordance with state regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate and timely records.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case management, therapeutic approaches, and ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center around a diverse range of clients, including couples facing challenges such as separation or divorce, families dealing with blended family issues, and individuals navigating grief, substance abuse, and trauma. The Community Wellness Center prioritizes providing services that respect the cultural and personal backgrounds of our clients. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
