Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and take comprehensive medical histories to formulate precise diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• Work in close collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care for patients of varying ages and backgrounds.
• Perform thorough physical examinations and order, as well as interpret diagnostic tests, tailoring treatment strategies to individual patient needs.
• Administer immunizations and medications while also educating patients on lifestyle modifications and preventive health strategies.
• Monitor ongoing chronic conditions, ensuring timely referrals to specialists when necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system diligently for accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment procedures.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and stay informed on the latest medical advancements and practices.
• Prioritize preventive care that enhances the overall well-being and quality of life of our patients and their families.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
