Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and obtain comprehensive medical histories to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Perform detailed physical examinations and order necessary diagnostic tests, interpreting results to establish effective treatment strategies.
• Administer vaccinations, medications, and other therapeutic interventions, while providing patients with education on preventive healthcare strategies and lifestyle adjustments.
• Monitor long-term health conditions and manage ongoing treatment while coordinating referrals to specialized care as appropriate.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for precise and efficient documentation of patient interactions, ensuring records are up-to-date and accessible.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives and stay well-informed on the latest advancements within the medical field.
• Advocate for preventive medicine by developing programs that enhance patient wellness and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Physician Assistant position offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
