This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while utilizing telehealth tools to connect with clients. We offer a flexible work schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some potential for flexible hours to accommodate patient needs. Our telehealth facility includes state-of-the-art technology, ensuring that you can deliver top-notch care efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, developing tailored treatment plans that focus on individual client needs.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve the quality of care provided to clients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources for holistic support.

The patients you will work with span a diverse range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
