Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, informing treatment strategies and interventions through detailed diagnostic assessments.

• Provide ongoing one-on-one counseling, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and support groups, fostering a safe environment for open discussion and shared learning among individuals facing similar mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized and culturally competent treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, embedding measurable goals and specific strategies for progress tracking.

Qualifications\n
