Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a remote work setting facilitated through telehealth services, allowing you to connect with patients from the comfort of your own home. You will adhere to a structured work schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while retaining some flexibility to address patient needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, with a strong focus on cultural competence.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy with a culturally responsive approach.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to support clients in high-stress situations.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications essential for remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Silver Lining Therapies offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
