Work Environment

The Physical Therapist position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Bayonne, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient based on thorough evaluations and patient goals.
• Conduct assessments to gather data on patients' physical abilities and limitations, and monitor progress through regular re-evaluations.
• Utilize evidence-based manual therapy techniques and modalities to enhance mobility and functionality.
• Manage your patient load efficiently, typically one patient per hour, while ensuring quality care is maintained.
• Document all patient interactions accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care and address patient needs comprehensively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.

• A clean professional record, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in implementing evidence-based practices within a rehabilitation framework.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and experience in writing treatment documentation that meets regulatory requirements.
• Experience mentoring or training junior staff or interns.

Compensation and Benefits

Trigger Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
