Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote individual therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment.

• Assess client needs through initial consultations and ongoing evaluations to create and modify personalized treatment plans aimed at meeting their mental health goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain and update accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring client information is secure.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care and ensure continuity of services.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and stay updated with best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are diverse, representing various ages, backgrounds, and presenting mental health concerns. This includes adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as adolescents navigating the challenges of adolescence. You will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care that recognizes and respects individual differences, thereby fostering a therapeutic alliance that leads to improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist with one of the following credentials: LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy and knowledgeable about various therapeutic approaches.

• Proficient with technology, able to conduct sessions confidently through virtual platforms, and manage telehealth tools effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting empathy and understanding toward clients.
\n
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a remote team to support each other in delivering high-quality care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in a remote setting, ideally within a community health or outpatient clinic environment.

• Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and teletherapy best practices.

• Experience in crisis intervention and collaborative treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
