Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and/or couples and family therapy through secure video conferencing, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and client needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting techniques as necessary to fit the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to support client progress tracking.

• Engage in virtual peer consultations, training sessions, and team meetings to foster collaboration and continuous learning.

• Coordinate care with other health professionals and referral sources to ensure comprehensive support for clients as needed.

• Uphold the highest ethical, legal, and professional standards in accordance with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on providing mental health services for a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional distress due to various issues, such as trauma, relationship challenges, identity struggles, and life transitions. A key aspect of this role will involve working specifically with marginalized communities, including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodiverse clients, ensuring that care is culturally competent and sensitive to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license in California.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.

• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills with a demonstrated ability to keep accurate records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
