Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Genesis Mental Health Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to create tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Providing individual and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Collaborating with our support team to ensure optimal care delivery and resolving any client-related issues efficiently.

• Maintaining thorough clinical documentation, including session notes and treatment progress reports, in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele that includes individuals from various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure in California as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the robust salary, employees can enjoy the following benefits:
