Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess functional limitations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions focused on improving mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Provide expert consultation to referring healthcare providers regarding continuum of care and rehabilitation strategies.
• Engage with patients of all ages and backgrounds, adhering to clinic standards for customer service and communication.
• Document evaluation findings, treatment sessions, and patient progress accurately, following legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, offering workshops and education to promote health and wellness.
• Stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practice through continuing education and self-directed learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population affecting orthopedic conditions ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to sports injuries. Patients at our facility are supported through tailored programs that focus on restoring mobility, enhancing physical capabilities, and improving quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, your role will be critical in empowering patients to regain their independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current New Jersey State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and documentation software.

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
