The supportive infrastructure includes a full-time Admissions and Assessment team that handles initial inquiries and scheduling, allowing counselors to concentrate on the therapeutic process.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality mental health counseling and therapy services to adolescents and young adults via telehealth, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, maintaining a maximum of eight clients in group settings to foster in-depth discussions and relationships.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians through regular case discussions to share insights and strategies that enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Stay current with clinical best practices, utilizing our platform's resources for professional development including free online continuing education units (CEUs).
\n
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.

• Engage actively in the team’s initiatives to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adolescents and young adults aged 12 to 30, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. We recognize the unique challenges faced by this demographic and aim to create an environment where they can express themselves comfortably without barriers, fostering pathways to recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of California.

• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to facilitate group and individual sessions for those in a contract position, or a full-time commitment for those seeking a W2 role.

• Strong communication skills and empathy are essential for building rapport with clients.
\n
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a virtual environment.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults, particularly in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. All clinicians receive access to free, online CEUs to support ongoing professional development.
