Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments of clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, employing evidence-based screening tools.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans that address client needs and connect them with necessary resources.
\n
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse caseload, ensuring interventions are focused on the presenting problems and align with clients' personal goals.
\n
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts as needed, utilizing sound decision-making and clinical judgement to ensure client safety.
\n
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, managing admission criteria and discharge planning, while ensuring seamless transitions in care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress, in compliance with agency standards and ethical guidelines.

• Be proactive in identifying and reporting safety concerns within client interactions and sessions, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives by participating in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and organizational efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with vulnerable and diverse populations who experience significant barriers to accessing mental health services. This includes working with individuals from various backgrounds, including cultural and socioeconomic differences, who often require sensitivity and understanding. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Coastline Health System offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
