Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide mental health counseling to a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure in California as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling role, particularly in a community health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathetic listening and problem-solving.

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth systems.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have:

Compensation and Benefits\n
