This position is entirely remote, leveraging a telehealth framework to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address any challenges, and formulate plans for discharge when clinically appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health needs and identify suitable treatment options.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and skill mastery.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.
