The salary range for this role is between USD 75,000 – 104,000 annually , with a sign-on bonus available.

Work Environment\n

This position is based in an outpatient setting with a collaborative and dynamic team of mental health professionals. The work is conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining a strong connection to our integrated care team. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate the interplay between patients' psychiatric symptoms and their medical conditions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive and customized treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical considerations, ensuring an integrated approach to care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of patients.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other medical team members to ensure coordinated care and enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with concurrent medical conditions, emphasizing integrated care.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and coworkers professionally and compassionately.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and the proficiency required to document patient interactions accurately.

• A solid foundation in professional ethics, including patient confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and foster collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
