Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Head Hunters Chiropractic Clinic, you will:

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals while ensuring these plans adhere to best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Guide and oversee Physical Therapy Assistants during treatment sessions, ensuring the execution of care plans is consistent with established protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments using diagnostic techniques to evaluate patients' musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional capabilities.
• Evaluate patients' home environments and recommend assistive devices or modifications to improve their independence and safety.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual techniques, exercise programs, and physical agents such as heat and cold therapies.
• Monitor patient progress diligently, documenting outcomes and communicating with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as necessary.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and integrate diverse therapeutic approaches.
• Provide education to patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercise regimens, and use of physical therapy devices.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and operational standards as outlined by state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications
