Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to establish individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to suit individual client circumstances.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions and facilitate group therapy for various populations, including couples, families, and individuals, focusing on diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while preserving patient confidentiality.

• Participate in continual professional development opportunities through workshops and training to remain current with advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
