Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, ensuring a personalized approach to mental health care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to facilitate accurate and effective evaluations.

• Engage in collaboration with support teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, fostering healthier behavioral patterns in clients.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance with industry standards and enhance the agency's reputation.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, promoting seamless communication and cooperative efforts.

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of client interactions in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring accountability and transparency.

• Establish strong professional relationships with local and state organizations to promote agency programs and secure potential partnerships and funding.

• Attend professional development events, such as conferences and training sessions, to elevate personal and professional growth.
\n
• Uphold and promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy, ensuring alignment across all programming and client interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with mental health issues, substance use disorders, developmental challenges, and those requiring support for acquired brain injuries. Your role is critical in helping these individuals navigate their challenges through evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a mental health field, such as psychology, counseling, or social work.

• Valid Independent LMHC License, with the opportunity for out-of-state counselors to have their licensing fees covered to obtain Washington state licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, candidates may benefit from a hire-on bonus and monthly productivity bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
