Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities.

• Facilitate effective communication regarding client progress and treatment plans during interdisciplinary care meetings to ensure optimal care strategies are in place.

• Oversee case management for assigned clients and coordinate care with hospital and community professionals, ensuring accessible and comprehensive support services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment in accordance with departmental standards.

• Provide therapy sessions that empower clients to make lasting changes in their lives, leveraging your expertise to address a wide variety of mental health concerns.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• You must possess a valid professional license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on availability and client needs.
