Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to gauge clients' mental health statuses and understand their unique challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on the client’s individual needs and therapeutic goals.

• Engage in ongoing therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions that allow clients to share experiences and learned coping strategies in a supportive environment.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of each client’s progress and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
