Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients to evaluate their physical conditions and functional capabilities, ensuring tailored therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's rehabilitation goals and specific needs, regularly reviewing and modifying as progress is made.
• Administer hands-on therapy that includes specialized techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various therapeutic modalities according to each patient's condition.
• Provide educational resources to patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle adjustments that promote holistic wellness.
• Monitor and meticulously document patient progress, diligently adjusting treatment plans to reflect ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and physicians, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for our patients.
• Maintain compliant and detailed medical records, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to encapsulate patient histories, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
