This position allows for a remote work setting, enabling flexibility and convenience for our team members while maintaining a focus on client-centered care. The role typically involves standard work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with additional hours as needed to accommodate client visits, intake assessments, or urgent consultations. Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, this position is integral to the multidisciplinary team approach at our Detox Center.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychosocial needs of clients undergoing detoxification, focusing on emotional, mental, and social factors that influence recovery.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients and their support systems, aligning with their specific goals and preferences.

• Provide ongoing counseling and emotional support to clients and their families, assisting them in managing the myriad challenges associated with recovery, including coping with stressors and family dynamics.

• Advocate for clients' rights and coordinate access to essential community resources, ensuring they receive necessary support services throughout their recovery process.

• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams, contributing to case discussions and planning sessions to enhance overall treatment effectiveness.

• Conduct regular follow-up visits, monitoring clients' progress and adjusting care plans as needed to reflect changing needs.

• Facilitate family meetings, providing mediation and conflict resolution support to ensure open lines of communication among family members.

• Educate clients and their families about available community resources, local support groups, and recovery programs to encourage social engagement and promote wellness.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations, including client assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Stay abreast of the latest social work practices, ensuring adherence to ethical standards within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults seeking detoxification services relating to substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your level of experience and qualifications.
