Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to express themselves and actively engage in their own healing process.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate holistic care that meets all dimensions of a client's needs.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients’ family members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages the involvement of loved ones in the recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (e.g., LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling practices through a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience.

• Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and remote communication applications used in telehealth settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, which is complemented by a competitive benefits package. This includes comprehensive health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision, as well as a retirement plan and generous paid time off. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to welcome you to our team.
