Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments with individuals, families, and groups to understand their unique situations and needs, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.

• Engage in the initial comprehensive assessment of patients and their families, ensuring proper triage and care management based on the complexity of their issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams by communicating findings and developing treatment plans through detailed documentation and participation in meetings such as patient rounds.

• Demonstrate the necessary skills to meet the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients of all ages, ensuring competent and ethical service delivery.

• Manage caseloads for assigned patients, coordinating with hospital staff and community resources to provide the most comprehensive care possible.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to comply with departmental standards and ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
